Accessibility at Drive My Path

We want every manager to be able to use Drive My Path, whatever device or assistive technology they use. Accessibility is a requirement we build to, not a feature we add later.

What we target

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. Conformance is ongoing work rather than a one-time certificate, and we do not claim to be certified or free of barriers.

How we test

  • Automated checks (axe) run on our components in every build, and a contrast check runs over every colour pairing in the design system.
  • Manual testing with keyboard only, and with VoiceOver on macOS and iOS. Automated tools miss most real barriers, so the manual pass is the one that counts.
  • A full review of every screen was completed on September 2, 2026, and the failures it found were fixed in the same release.

Known limitations

  • The meeting recorder needs a browser that can capture audio (MediaRecorder). Where it cannot, the paste-a-transcript option does the same job.
  • Emails we send are plain HTML with a text alternative; some mail clients render them differently from the web app.
  • The employee's own page and the shared review page are reached by link without a sign-in; they follow the same standard as the app, and we welcome reports from direct reports as much as from managers.

Report a barrier

If something does not work for you, tell us at support@drivemypath.com. Include the page, what you were trying to do, and your device or assistive technology if you can. We aim to acknowledge reports within five business days and to fix barriers that block a core task first.
