The trial
How the 30 days work
It starts the moment you sign up
Every new account gets the full Solo plan for 30 days. No card is taken, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing that can charge you by surprise.
It ends by itself
When the trial ends the account moves to the Free plan. Everything you wrote stays: the 1:1 workspaces, agendas, working notes and action items, calendar sync, search and the coaching library.
Solo is the part that prepares you
The pre-1:1 brief, the management mirror, roll-up reports, review prep, the recorder and the reminder emails belong to Solo. They switch off at the end of the trial and switch back on when you subscribe.
Why 30 days and not 14
Most managers hold a 1:1 with each person every week or two. Fourteen days would expire around the second meeting, before the brief has anything to say. Thirty lets you see it work.

What happens when the 30-day trial ends?
Your account moves to the Free plan by itself and nothing is charged, because no card was taken. You keep your 1:1 workspaces, agendas, working notes, action items, calendar sync, search and the coaching library. The pre-1:1 brief, the management mirror, roll-up reports, review prep and the recorder switch off until you subscribe to Solo.
I manage more than 4 people. Can I stay on Free?
The Free plan keeps up to 4 active teammates and 3 active goals. The cap applies when someone becomes active, so if you move from Solo to Free nobody is hidden or deleted; you simply cannot activate another person until you subscribe or archive someone.
Is Solo billed per person?
No. Solo is $12 a month for you, the manager, however many people you manage. Your reports are people, not seats, and they are never billed for.
Monthly or annual?
$12 a month, or $120 a year, which works out to $10 a month. Both include the same features. You can cancel at any time and keep access through the period you paid for; fees are not refunded except where the law requires it.
Is there a plan for several managers or a whole company?
Not today. Drive My Path is sold to the individual manager, on their own card. If several managers at your company want it, email support@drivemypath.com and we will sort out billing by hand.
Does Solo include the meeting recorder?
Yes: 10 hours of recording a month. A recording can only start for a person who has agreed from their own inbox, through the consent request Drive My Path sends them. Pasting a transcript from another tool is also part of Solo and does not go through that consent step.
Can I take my data with me?
On every plan. Settings has a full export of everything you have written, and deleting your account removes it all, including from our billing records apart from the invoices the law requires us to keep.
